DX-36 all purpose cleaner with ammonia from Daxter Ind LLC is a powerful alkaline cleaner manufactured at our Sharjah facility under the DaxMarine brand for heavy duty cleaning tasks. This all purpose cleaner with ammonia is engineered to tackle tough grease, oil, grime and stubborn soils across a wide range of washable surfaces where a standard general-purpose product falls short.

Cuts through oil, diesel residue, salt spray deposits and industrial grime on decks, engine rooms, workshop floors and processing areas. Highly concentrated formula reduces consumption per cleaning task and lowers cost-per-square-metre on large surface areas. Rinses cleanly without leaving a dulling residue when used at the recommended dilution. Suitable for demanding marine, industrial and commercial cleaning applications on hard, washable surfaces.

Directions for Use

Dilute DX-36 at the recommended ratio in clean water — use the lighter dilution for general degreasing and the stronger dilution for heavy contamination. Apply by mop, sprayer, brush or scrubber, working in manageable sections. Allow brief contact time for the alkaline action to break down grease and soiling. Agitate stubborn areas with a stiff brush or mechanical scrubber. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not use on aluminium, painted surfaces sensitive to alkaline exposure, or on any surface where an ammonia cleaner has not been tested first. Available in 5 litre can.

Handling and Storage

Contains ammonia. Use in a well-ventilated area only. Wear gloves, eye protection and protective clothing. Never mix with bleach or chlorine-based products — combining them releases toxic chloramine gas. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and respiratory tract. Store upright in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, acids and oxidising agents, and out of reach of children. MSDS available on request.
