Description
Dax soot remover liquid from Daxter Ind LLC is an organic catalyst formulation manufactured at our Sharjah facility to break down carbon deposits at low temperatures inside combustion systems. This soot remover liquid is engineered to loosen and remove the hard soot, coke and unburnt carbon that accumulates on fireside surfaces of boilers, furnaces, incinerators and marine engine exhaust paths, restoring heat transfer efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.

Organic catalyst mechanism lowers the temperature at which carbon deposits break down, so soot is oxidised during normal operating conditions rather than requiring off-line mechanical cleaning. Restores heat transfer efficiency across fireside tubes, superheaters and economiser surfaces, which directly reduces fuel consumption and stack temperature. Reduces the frequency and duration of shutdowns needed for manual soot blowing and mechanical descaling. Helps control acid dew point corrosion by keeping heat transfer surfaces cleaner and running closer to design conditions. Suitable for oil-fired and dual-fuel boilers, industrial furnaces, incinerators, marine main and auxiliary engines and diesel generator exhaust systems.
Directions for Use
Dose the soot remover liquid into the fuel or apply directly into the combustion chamber according to the equipment type and manufacturer’s recommendation. Typical dose rates vary with fuel sulphur content, load profile and existing deposit level. For heavily fouled systems, begin with a higher initial dose to break down accumulated deposits, then reduce to a maintenance dose. Handling and Storage
Wear gloves and eye protection during handling and dosing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Store upright in a cool, dry place away from ignition sources and out of reach of children. MSDS available on request.
