Description
DX-20 self shining floor finish from Daxter Ind LLC is a premium acrylic polymer formula manufactured at our Sharjah facility to deliver a deep, long-lasting shine and durable surface protection on commercial and institutional floors. This self shining floor finish is water-resistant and built for high-traffic areas prone to spills, moisture and daily scuffing.
Key Benefits
Dries to a high-gloss protective layer without buffing or burnishing. Maintains its shine through routine mopping and scrubbing with most neutral detergents, so the finish stays intact between recoats. Water-resistant film guards against spill damage and moisture penetration. When removal is required, the finish strips cleanly using a standard ammoniated floor stripper without excessive agitation. Suitable for vinyl, vinyl composition tile, asphalt tile, terrazzo and sealed wood floors.
Directions for Use
Ensure the floor is clean, dry and free of old finish or wax buildup. Apply a thin, even coat of DX-20 self shining floor finish using a clean mop or finish applicator, working in smooth, overlapping passes. Allow the first coat to dry completely before applying additional coats. Two to three coats are recommended for new or freshly stripped floors. Allow the final coat to cure fully before opening the area to foot traffic. Maintain with a neutral detergent and recoat high-wear paths as needed.
Handling and Storage
Avoid freezing. Store upright in a cool, dry place between 10°C and 35°C. Keep away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. MSDS available on request.
