Description

Condenser coil cleaner from Daxter Ind LLC, sold under the CoilX brand, is a heavy-duty professional acid foaming cleaner manufactured at our Sharjah facility for use by trained HVAC contractors and service technicians.

This condenser coil cleaner combines active acids and surfactants in an exclusive formulation designed to remove stubborn oxidation, embedded dirt and hardened grime that standard maintenance cleaners cannot shift.

Directions for Use

CoilX is a professional HVAC product. Use only by trained technicians with appropriate PPE and hazardous chemical handling training.

Turn off power to the unit before application and confirm de-energised state per standard electrical safety procedure.

Wear chemical-resistant gloves, full face protection or safety goggles, long sleeves and appropriate respiratory protection. Have calcium gluconate gel available on site as first-aid provision if the formulation contains HF.

Dilute this condenser coil cleaner with one to five parts water, depending on the severity of soiling. Use stronger concentration for heavy deposits and lighter dilution for routine cleaning.

Wet the coils thoroughly with water before application. Apply CoilX using a low-pressure sprayer, starting from the top and covering all coil surfaces evenly.

Allow the solution to dwell for approximately five minutes to loosen stubborn deposits and grime. Do not allow to dry on the surface.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water until all residue is removed and runoff is clear and pH neutral.

Handling and Storage

Strong acid product. Not for use by untrained personnel. Not suitable for residential DIY use.

In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. If the product contains HF, apply calcium gluconate gel to skin exposure and seek urgent medical help.

Do not mix with bleach, ammonia or other cleaning products. Do not use in contact with glass, ceramics or acid-sensitive metals.

Store this condenser coil cleaner upright in original packaging in a cool, well-ventilated place, separated from alkaline products and oxidisers, and secured against unauthorised access. MSDS mandatory before use — request from our technical team.
