Description

Dax WT Liquid HD from Daxter Ind LLC is a boiler water treatment chemical manufactured at our Sharjah facility, formulated as a phosphate and polymer blend for internal scale and corrosion control in industrial and marine boilers. This boiler water treatment chemical is designed for continuous dosing into feedwater systems to protect boiler internals, maintain steam quality and extend equipment life.

Key Benefits

Phosphate component reacts with residual hardness in the feedwater to form a non-adherent sludge that can be blown down, preventing hard scale from depositing on boiler tubes and heat transfer surfaces. Polymer dispersant keeps precipitated solids in suspension, so they exit the boiler with routine blowdown rather than baking onto tube surfaces where they cause tube failure and efficiency loss. Corrosion inhibitor package protects boiler steel against oxygen pitting and general corrosion in the water side of the system. Maintains cleaner heat transfer surfaces, which directly reduces fuel consumption and stack temperature. Suitable for low to medium pressure industrial boilers, package boilers, marine auxiliary boilers and steam generation systems running on softened or partially demineralised feedwater.

Directions for Use

Dose Dax WT Liquid HD continuously into the feedwater line or feedwater tank using a chemical metering pump. Dose rate depends on feedwater hardness, boiler operating pressure, blowdown rate and steam load. Maintain recommended phosphate residual and pH in the boiler water through routine water testing. Adjust blowdown to control total dissolved solids. Consult our technical team for a treatment programme matched to your feedwater analysis and operating conditions.

Handling and Storage

Wear gloves, eye protection and protective clothing during handling and dosing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Store upright in a cool, dry place away from acids and out of reach of children. MSDS available on request.
