Dax boiler alkalinity control from Daxter Ind LLC is a concentrated liquid treatment manufactured at our Sharjah facility for corrosion and scale control in industrial and marine boilers. This boiler alkalinity control product raises and maintains the alkalinity of the boiler water within the operating band recommended by boiler manufacturers and water treatment standards, protecting the steel pressure envelope from acid attack and supporting the performance of companion phosphate and polymer treatments.

Supports phosphate-based scale control programmes by maintaining the pH conditions needed for calcium and magnesium hardness to precipitate as non-adherent sludge rather than hard scale. Helps neutralise carbon dioxide released in the steam and condensate system, reducing carbonic acid corrosion of return lines and condensate equipment. Directions for Use

Dose Dax boiler alkalinity control continuously into the feedwater line or boiler water using a chemical metering pump. Adjust the dose to maintain the recommended hydroxide alkalinity, total alkalinity and pH residuals in the boiler water, tested through routine water sampling. Coordinate the dose with the phosphate and polymer programme so treatment residuals stay within the operating band. Blow down to control total dissolved solids. Handling and Storage

Alkaline product. Wear gloves, eye protection and protective clothing. Do not mix with acids. Store this boiler alkalinity control upright in a cool, dry place, away from acids and out of reach of children. MSDS available on request.
