Description

Dax Unidet from Daxter Ind llc is a pH-neutral concentrated tank detergent manufactured at our Sharjah facility for cleaning cargo tanks, storage tanks and process vessels without the coating compatibility concerns associated with acidic or strongly alkaline cleaners. This neutral tank detergent is engineered as a universal cleaning option for operators handling multiple cargo grades or working with tanks lined with sensitive coating systems.

Key Benefits

pH-neutral formulation is safe on epoxy, phenolic epoxy, zinc silicate, polyurethane and other common tank lining systems, removing the compatibility check that acidic and alkaline cleaners require before every wash. Concentrated formula delivers strong cleaning performance at low dilution, keeping consumption and cost-per-tank low across large-capacity vessels and terminals. Effective on light-to-medium hydrocarbon residues, vegetable oils, animal fats, chemicals and general cargo carry-over between grades. Simplifies the tank cleaning locker by providing one product that works across multiple cargo change scenarios, rather than a separate chemical for each. Suitable for cargo tanks, slop tanks, cargo lines, pump rooms and shore-side storage tanks in marine and terminal operations.

Directions for Use

Prepare the tank in accordance with your vessel or facility’s tank cleaning procedure and HSE risk assessment. Dilute Dax Unidet at the recommended ratio for the residue type and application method — butterworth machines, direct injection or manual application. Circulate or apply for the recommended contact time. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and route wash water to slops or approved reception facility. Handling and Storage

Wear gloves and eye protection during handling and dosing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Store upright in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. MSDS available on request.
